ActiveBuddy terms of use

ActiveBuddy helps members publish and discover shared activities. Members remain responsible for the activities they create, the information they publish, and the decisions they make before joining an activity.

Member responsibility

Members must publish accurate, lawful, and safe information. Activity details, routes, meeting points, intensity, equipment, and timing are submitted by members and should be checked by participants before attending.

No safety guarantee

ActiveBuddy cannot guarantee the accuracy of member-submitted content or the behavior of other people. Participants should use personal judgment, follow local laws, and leave any situation that feels unsafe.

Prohibited use

• Do not publish false, misleading, harmful, discriminatory, or malicious content.
• Do not expose another person's private location, contact details, or identity documents.
• Do not use ActiveBuddy for harassment, spam, fraud, illegal activity, or unsafe commercial offers.

Moderation

ActiveBuddy may remove activities, comments, reviews, reports, or accounts when content appears unsafe, abusive, illegal, or inconsistent with these terms.
